Southwest WA & Nullarbor
20 Day Itinerary - Porungurup & Stirling Ranges, Fitzgerald River & Cape Le Grande NPs, Nullarbor
This tour highlights the best of Southwest WA and the Nullarbor plain. Travelling south from Perth we head for the Margaret River region. This area is renown for the Cape to Cape walk and the many wineries and boutique businesses set up here. With many 2 and 3 night camps, there is plenty of walking and ample time for spotting orchids, heath flowers or perhaps sighting the Southern Emu Wren. Some of the many highlights include walking some of the Bibbulmun Track, marveling at the Tall Trees, climbing the peaks in the Stirling and Porongurup Ranges and exploring the unique plant diversity in Fitzgerald River and Cape le Grande NP’s. The Nullarbor doesn’t disappoint either with its myriad of limestone caves, remote telegraph stations and the spectacular west coast of South Australia.
